1. Digital Products
- All sales are final. Since products are delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds once the order has been fulfilled.
2. Wrong / Failed Delivery
- If you did not receive your product or received the wrong item, contact us immediately on Telegram @zirelix with your order ID and transaction details. We will investigate and ensure you receive what you purchased.
3. Fraud & Abuse
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
